New job or carry on?

My qualification is a degree in primary teaching, specialising in early years. I was a reception teacher for 3 years, then moved to become a preschool manager. I have changed roles again but within the same company. My current role is safeguarding, training coordinator and admin. I work from home now which fits around childcare (primary age and 10month old) and also my child who has sen.

I don't want to go back into teaching but not really sure what job/career I would like to be doing. I would prefer term time which i am currently doing.

My dilemma is my current job works, but I have had a 20p payrise in 9 years. I feel that my experience isn't appreciated.

Help me find a new role!
