I’ve worked in same post for 9 years and boss now wants to bring in a uniform for just me as I’m the only member of staff who works permanently at that location the other staff are there on a rota basis . Can they do this ? I already feel quite undermined in my job as I am two pay grades below the rota staff but basically so same tasks . It’s a public facing role but not somewhere where health and safety or hygiene or anything is an issue it’s mainly an office the public attend at if instructed .
