Presentation fears

I've been asked to do a presentation at work and I'm terrified.

Previous ones have left me shaking, my voice wobbling and with a general sense of terror

Would be grateful for any tips please. Especially from those of you who present regularly.

Try not to think about ‘presenting’ to the group. Imagine it is just chat where folks want to hear what you to say. Also, very rarely is everyone totally focused, so you are more aware than anyone else in the room.
fear often comes from not feeling expert in what you presenting on, so do your prep, do your best and if anyone ask a question you can’t answer- be honest and say you aren’t sure but will follow up. DO FOLLOW UP!
hope it goes well

I find going over and over and over until I know the whole thing basically by heart really helps. Then I can just get into my zone of presenting and basically ignore the room. (clearly this doesn't work if you present all the time, but great for one off). Try putting in a scripted joke to break the ice. Anticipate any likely questions so that you are prepared.
