Is up with NHS HR/payroll etc??
I moved Trusts during maternity leave and nothing has been done correctly. My line manager wanted me to do KIT days during my notice (I never actually ended up going in as we couldn't get good dates that matched up) so I couldn't take my holiday. This wasn't paid to me in lieu (not an insignificant sum/ amount of leave after 15 months of mat leave) and I've been passed from HR to payroll to SBS to HR to my ex line manager to HR, with no accountability from anyone. They only started responding when I asked how to raise a grievance, and now things have stalled again.
And then in my new role, despite giving all details of my previous employment and payslips, they have put me back at the bottom of the band (not a massive monthly drop but will add up over the year). So today since 8am I've been sent to HR, to payroll, to HR, to recruitment, to HR to try and get my pay rectified and got a snotty email at the end of the day from someone in HR telling me to "be patient" after I asked for an update!
Just wanted to vent lol
