Cabin Crew Recruitment

Hi,

Hoping someone might be able to help with some questions about recruitment for cabin crew, for BA in particular would be great.

This in relation to male cabin crew:

Is there a weight limit/BMI threshold?
Would red/green colour-blindness be an issue?
Would medicated asthma cause any problems?
Has an IVA?

Former cabin crew here (not BA though), from what i can remember from 10+ years ago is that you have to have a health assessment (mine was with a GP) and there wasnt a weight limit but i know there was a minimum height requirement which was 5ft 4inches.
Colourblindness i cant see why that would be a problem, Asthma i would presume as long as its controlled and you carry your inhaler etc wouldnt pose a problem.
