So I started a company 6 months ago, since working there I have noticed a few issues.
Paydays each month are not consistent . My employer says it's anywhere between the 20th and 25th, basically when is his account has done it but my payslip says the 20th of each month
I don't have a contract of employment as I was initially on a 3 month trial, that got extended for up to another 3 months... I have my review next week
I accumulate 2 days holiday for every month worked up to 28 days a year
Something doesn't feel right to me, I am considering looking at other employment options because this although is a fun job, it makes no sense sometimes in my head
I don't seem this as standard behaviour from a employer
