Flexible working -- changing arrangements?

A colleague has a flexible working arrangement in place already but would like to change it to a different flexible working arrangement. Does anyone know whether the standard right to apply for flexible working applies in this circumstance, even though he's already made a previous application and had it accepted? I'd assume so (previous application not within last 12 months, by the way) but can't find an official site that specifically states that one way or the other.

I keep mentioning this working families web site They have an on-line guide to flexible working and a free legal helpline, should he need it. They were brilliant when I needed help with something at work.

As long as it's been 12 months since the last one, he can make another one no problem.

You can make a fresh flexible working application every 12 months. Same rules apply each time.
