OneNote Help me please!

Hello. I am wondering if anyone could help me. A colleague forwarded me their OneNote file..lots of tabs with infomation useful to my new role. However,if I add things it shows up on her one..I have my own OneNote application/file and would really like to know how to send her info to mine so I can remove hers. Do I need to do it page by page? I am sorry if I sound inept but I really do not know and nor does she.Thank you.

You should be able to do it by tab, rather than individual pages on tabs.

I click the tab I want and just copy and paste, and it copies over the tab with multiple pages within it.
