Hi all , a few weeks ago i asked regarding a rebanding (www.mumsnet.com/talk/employment_issues/4592541-asking-for-rebandingpromotion) I spoke to HR about acting up pay and my senior managers are happy to support. as such - does anyone have any experience in how to document this successfully, in terms of wording and structure. really appreciate all the support as the extra money will help with winter :(
