If overtime is available should it be offered to all ?
For context we all do the same job . Everyone has received a message if they want over apart from me , we are all on shut down at the moment.

There is no rule that overtime has to be offered to everyone. However, if the reason they are not offering you overtime is because you are a woman or due to some other protected characteristic, that would be illegal. Having said that, are you sure this is not just an oversight? Have you asked your manager about it?

Thanks @prh47bridge
I don't believe it's down to sex /disability.
I've only found out today it's been offered to everyone. Had a text from a coworker saying " did you get the text asking if anyone wants overtime "
The only thing I can think of is the message has been sent by the supervisor and she dislikes me .

Possibly, but it might just be a mistake. If it is deliberate, you may need to think about raising a grievance.

Thanks @prh47bridge
I'm trying to work out if she's deliberately not asked me or if she's generally forgot or it's another way of her antagonising me .

I was unsure if overtime had to be offered out to all considering we all do the same job .
