How long do NHS interviews take?

I applied for an office job within the NHS which closed almost three weeks ago. I haven't heard anything yet and haven't seen anything change on Trac jobs. How long does it generally take to hear back about whether you've got an interview or not?

There is no set rule - it will vary by HR dept. At the moment, lots of people are on holiday, which slows down short-listing and the scheduling of interviews. So I don't think you can read anything into the delay. Fingers crossed for you, OP 🤞
