Courses to add to the gap in a CV?

Been a SAHM for 9 years. Previously worked in admin. Would like to go back into admin part time within the next year,
Should I do a refresher course to add to my CV to show I have kept on top of my skills? If so, which course? Are excel and Word courses a bit too basic?

I would do a full Microsoft course, so much has changed in 9 years, other than that maybe something that your interested in ... Mental Health First aid always jumps out at me when reading CV's (however I have always been interested in doing that myself)
