Hi, I've worked as an estate agent for 20 plus years, left the industry just before the pandemic to treat myself to some time off, I was also a bit bored of the company I worked at as had been there for plus 15 years and there was no career path and they weren't the best payers. Anyways enjoyed the summer of 2019 off and did some art courses. anyway, pandemic hit, I didn't some freelancing and survived, but a couple of weeks ago I accepted a managers job in a slightly different area, so don't know the values and people as well. Anyway, I have now been contacted by an agent that was one of my competitors before for an assistant managers role, similar area I was before but a big different, but one I know well, I know the manager and lots of the people in the company. I'm freaking out as to what to do. Can people help me please. My confidence has generally been a bit up and down, I'm going through my menopause and I have increased anxiety generally since Covid, but I guess a lot of that would be stress about money and future.... please as me anything so I can work out what's best for me.
