Hi. So I work for the NHS but through a Gp surgery so no access to hr. As part of my mat leave I am eligible 18wks half pay + smp for 18wks. But my employer have worked out my half pay taken smp from that and I get the leftovers. Is that right?? Assumed I would get to keep the smp aswell. Any advice would be great... ftm so no idea what I'm doing
