Things to do to improve my chance of getting a family support worker role?

Really want to move into family support worker roll.
I have done various support roles for different ages/settings.
currently teaching assistant.
Have done level 2 courses on suitable subjects. Just trally struggling to find anything to make me stand out
Any ideas welcome please.

Homestart volunteer? That would give you experience specifically supporting families. I think that, along with your current experience and qualifications would put you in a strong position.
