Job application question?

What's a verifier?
If it was mentioned just once in the application I get it, but it's on every page of application and it says verifier and then on following pages verifier 1.
The pages on the application are asking for examples of delivering results etc

NB I HAVE NO EXPERTISE IN HR

but nobody else seems to be answering either, so this could be a useful bump who knows

Just reading your post it sounds like a software glitch - as if the person reading the completed application is supposed to check something here. What exactly is the context? Does it just say "verifier" or is it part of a sentence?
