NHS interview

Hi, I’ve had an interview for a non clinical band 6 post today. I can’t believe a forgot to mention trust values. I was told I would hear back today it tomorrow. Have I completely blown it? The second I walked out I realised. I already work for the NHS so I know the importance of this. Totally kicking myself

Hi op I recently went for a band 5 a&c role and they didn't ask about the trust values so I didn't mention them even though I knew them. I found out the next day I got the job. Good luck!

Maybe they came out in your answers

Thanks @FizzyStream . They didn’t ask but a feel I should have mentioned them. I was focussing on the person spec and linking answers to that. I really want the job!

You may have underpinned your answers with them as pp said. Try not to worry.
