WWYD Negotiating wages in an interview

Without giving too much away, I have an interview coming up very soon at one of the big supermarkets. It’s just a retail assistant position at £10 per hour on an 8 hour shift 2 days a week. This is 15 hours in total (taking away unpaid half hour lunch on each day).
Now, my son goes to nursery and to qualify for his 30 hours at nursery I must earn the equivalent of working at least 16 hours a week which is £152 a week.
This job is £2 short a week.
Would you discuss this in an interview or this an absolutely no no? I’ve been in the same job for 12 plus years and I have never had a job interview before so I am certainly lacking knowledge in interview do’s and dont’s.
Of course this is all hypothetical because I may not even get the job anyway!
Thank you.

Yes I would absolutely discuss it at the interview. They can say yes or they can say no.
Could you work an extra 30 mins one day?

Don't discuss it during the interview, discuss it afterwards if you are successful. However at the supermarkets I have family working at,the payscale is set for the lower grades and you can only negotiate at higher levels. However, overtime and double time on a Sunday is available often.

Wouldn't of thought the wages would be negotiable with that type of job .
