I have always struggled recruiting staff & one particular shift was really difficult to fill

This time I added
"to work within a well-qualified team"
"The Employer anticipates opening a Nursery later in the year so this is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to develop their careers within an outstanding setting that plans to expand."

OK I know one is a sentence not a phrase - but the whole quality of the applicants has changed. It has been amazing - I am interviewing people better qualified than I am.

I do find interviewing difficult - but with well qualified & experienced people to chose from it is much easier.

It's silly isn't it

Now all the people who just want a job - any job still apply but I also have those people who actually want to do this (work with children) as a job
