back to work - when is the best time?

Well done on this woman for speaking up!!! I always felt judge at work when I went back only a couple of years after having my kinds, let alone a few months. Every woman should be able to do what they want. And either way - cost of living crisis means its not always possible not to go back to work!
Anyone else - thoughts?

I think feeling judged and actually being judges (as this lady was) is a bit different but I agree with the principle.

I was lucky my workplace is very family friendly, I was promoted whilst on Mat leave, once I returned from Mat leave if having to travel internationally for the first year back they covered the cost of a cold transport for breast milk from whichever country I was in to the UK for my son (standard for any woman returning and needing to travel for work) have pumping rooms in the office, full pay mat leave for 6 months, half pay for 3 months etc.
