There must be creative job agencies - why can't I find them?

I'm a copywriter and recently ditched my old job due to employer being a sexist old pig.

I've been freelance for a few years, alnogside being employed, but the downside now is that the sexist old pig used to find my freelance work for me. Suddenly I have to find my own!

So i'm thinking, there must be job agencies that specialise in creative/media type jobs, so unless I'm being the biggest google spoon - why can't I find them?! Am in Manchester if anyone know anything!

Have you tried getting PR Week or any of the Marketing Weekly type titles? They always have millions of job adverts from agencies...

Also, get a list of PR companies or advertising companies and write to them direct.. they always need freelance help!
