Hi, I have been in the same industry for 23 years (of which 5 have been overseas); after two decades, should I consider starting a new career at age 48... as I will be repatriating to the UK with my family due to the childrens education/schooling... work is challenging but rewarding, if you do not pay attention to the office politics; I am in a senior position now, should I keep this position, or start new...something different...?
