I have one coming up- what are some questions you were asked and any tips much appreciated

I can't remember everything but they will ask you about safeguarding, in particular how you would handle any disclosure si make sure you've read their policy. They might give you some scenario to fit it into but basically they want you to tell them what the procedure is.

They might ask you about intimate care of children. I only had experience of my own but they accepted that.

I was asked what I would do if a teacher hadn't turned up for class. (Keep order / hand out books and sheets maybe / send a child to reception)

Also how I perceived the role. (Advocating for children/ supporting children/ patience patience / flexibility/creativity in finding different approaches.

Can't remember what else.
