I have an interview in a job in a college where i work its for a brand new post that’s been created for a manager of all the agency staff. hiring agency and training them in the day to day running of the classes is part of the new job.

anyone have great question I ask the panel at the end of the interview?

My usual is what made you stay here - can’t ask that as I’ve been interviewed for other roles by the same people !

'What are the qualities you are looking for in the role'...when they mention things not in the standard Job description you can respond with how fab you are at all these other things.

'Is there anyone else you want to know about me'...gives them the chance to ask non standard questions

Say 'this sounds like the perfect role for me, it's just what I am looking for, what are the next steps' introduces the idea of future you.

What are the priorities for this role in the first 3/6 months?
How were agency staff previously managed and what improvements are they looking for by creating this role?

What's the sick pay like and how much holiday allowance will I get? Halo

Depending on what's already been covered I tend to ask about induction/training/goals for first 3 or 6 months.
