I work closely with a woman who constantly reminds everyone that she has to do everything in the department. I have been assigned to help her she works full time I am part time.
We had a project on this week and I helped her, I probably ended up doing at least half the work load. I work 20 hours per week and she works 40.
Yet still she is reminding everyone she does everything.
I struggle with low confidence so working with someone like her is not helpful 😩
