Option 1<ul><li>Well paid</li><li>same industry as I’ve been in for 20 years (even though I hate it but I’m good at it)</li><li>only a 12 month contract no guarantee of anything at the end so potentially back to square one in a year</li><li>Children would need to be in after school club four days a week</li></ul> option 2<ul><li>poorly paid could pay bills but nothing left over</li><li>permanent position so more security</li><li>school hours /term time only</li><li>children would need breakfast club five days a week which eats into the already small salary</li><li>BUT I really want it and know jobs like this are as rare as hens teeth (it’s at my childrens school) plus money would be easier in a couple of years after paying off a few debts</li></ul>
