Hi everyone!
I'm currently working for Amazon as a sortation associate, mainly - sorting parcels, problem solving, etc. I have a 5 year old child (she is in reception) and my current shift which is 6:00-12:30 Monday-Tuesday, doesn't go along with taking care of her. I'm a single mom and there is no possibility for me to find someone who can take care of her while I'm at work. I've decided to apply for flexible hours which in my case is more hours Monday-thursday 9:15-14.
I'm really struggling with answering two most important questions which are:
- Impact of the new working pattern
- Accommodating the new working pattern.
I'm out of the ideas... HELP 😣
