Not been in that situation myself but I used to do hiring in a call centre. Very few qualifications needed to be a call centre agent.

I have absolutely no qualifications and currently looking. So far I haven't found any jobs that would take on anyone like me. Although my mum has just got into a dog grooming place full time with only maths and english gcses (which I don't even have). I also know someone who left school with nothing and is now a manager at a very well known plant hire branch.

Restaurant manager.

£38k a year, monthly bonus, company car. Downsides are long and unsociable hours and dealing with rude customers. Started as a waitress and worked my way up.
