I was signed of sick due to mental health issues which has been cause mostly by the job since being away things are not perfect but I feel much better so I wanted to know
Has anyone just resigned and not gone back after being off sick?
How does it work about references etc
Any help would be appreciated I don't want to go back but without another job lined up straight away it worries me just to leave
