Part Time Position
Use your IT knowledge to work on big picture projects and solutions
This is a 1st and 2nd Line IT Support role - You’ll be responsible for handling calls from our customers and working with the rest of the team to escalate and troubleshooting issues. Our clients are a diverse group of companies working in Beauty, Facilities Management, Property, Distribution, Security, and many more. You will be communicating via phone and email, with the occasional visit to site on an ad-hoc basis.
You’ll also spend time on:
Solving problems
Liaising with our customers
Monitoring systems
Improving processes
Working with our suppliers
Configuring new services and making changes
The technology you’ll work with includes:
Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Office 365
Network monitoring
Monday.com
You’ll will be part of a small team that works with large companies and high worth individuals to support their business processes and supporting technology.
To qualify for this position, you must have proven experience in IT Infrastructure and supporting diverse platforms. You will need to be a car driver.
