Hi, can anyone tell me what this means please?

Your application is currently being reviewed, and we will be in contact with you shortly to let you know the outcome.

Exactly what it says. I had a similar message recently, they had other people to interview, a few days later I got a phone call offering me the job.

It means what it says.

Its a holding message whilst they decide what the decision is. When they decide they will let you know.

I was the last one interviewed 😬🤞

Might not be great news (sorry) I'll certainly hope it is the other way for you.

I got a holding message/we're still reviewing on a Wednesday asking me to actually reply to express my interest still in a position, they also gave reasoning of having to cancel other people interviews as to why the process had become so drawn out, eeek! (looking back now I wonder if they hoped I'd back out) come the next Thursday a nice email arriving saying thank you for your patience during the entire process, 'we're unable to give you the position', feedback could be made available, and feel free to apply for other roles in the future etc.

Oh well I'll expect the worst but hope for the best 😞. Can't believe they made you go through all that though. Not nice 😠
