Job interview

I had an interview last week and still not heard anything back.

I interviewed for another position but the one I haven't heard back from is the position I would love.

I have a contact phone number for them , would it unreasonable to phone for an update or would they think I am being a right PITA?
Just so I know to help make the decision.

Has this second company made an offer yet? If not then just hold tight.
If they have then see if you can stall them. Say you're on holiday, or that you have a longer notice period.

I personally wouldn't phone the first company because if they want to offer you the job, they will be in touch.
