Anyone had experience of Grayce

My daughter who has a good masters in stem has been offered a position on Grayce graduate scheme. The salary is 23k but no other benefits and they say they will do lots of training and certification with her. It seems quite poor to me and Ithink she should hold out for something better. She seems keen but when I look at minimum pension, holidays and farming her out to clients but laying peanuts,it seems exploitative. Has anyone had any experience with this company?

No experience with the company but I think it would be silly to turn it down.

23K is fine for a starting graduate in my opinion, especially as part of a graduate scheme. I have graduate friends who started on much less and are now high earners. I also have graduate friends who held out for more money for their first job and haven't really progressed much.

Unless she has another job option, she'd be mad to turn down an offer on a graduate scheme. She'll most likely get structured training, great experience, and it'll put her in a good position for the future. She'll also get to interact with other recent grads, which is always quite comforting and makes you feel like you're in it together.

She doesn't have to stay there forever. As a starting point, sounds good to me.

Thank you for that-she has accepted it for all the training and exposure-starts in August so all good!

Could you please give us updates? How did it go? Does she recommend it?

Hi. Son had just graduated with masters. He’s looking at Grayce too. Any feedback after a year
