TA Appraisal

I am employed permanently as a Midday Supervisor but have worked as a TA before. I am currently covering as a TA and have been for about 6 months. Recently I had my appraisal and felt a bit down afterwards as I was told it was just for my MSA role as the TA role is temporary. Ok I thought, but there was no mention whatsoever of my work as a TA, how I've been doing, am I enjoying it etc etc. Even my MSA appraisal lasted all of 3 minutes. AIBU to be a bit miffed about this? It just felt like a quick box ticking exercise.

Hiya, just seen your post and that you haven't had any responses.

You say you are covering as a TA and that this is temporary - do you know how temporary this will be?
You're right to want to get some feedback on a role you've been doing for 6 months and if this is due to continue, even more reason to.
Are you able to speak to your LM to get feedback on the TA role?
