Flexible Hours?

I am going for a job interview next tuesday. It is a full time job, 37 hours a week but it says "flexible" next to it.

What does this mean?

Not sure. You'll have to ask. It could mean that the number of hours is flexible (e.g. you could ask to reduce it a bit if you got the job) or it could mean that the hours are 37 but you are expected to be flexible on days/ when they are. The latter is obviously more of a possibility if its an industry with 24 hour needs, like healthcare, a shop or hotel, but much less so if it's a bog standard office.
