Interview for school-based child/family support worker ...

Does anyone here do this job?
I have an interview soon and would like to get an idea of what to expect. My background is in Early Years/Childcare where I spend a lot of time helping families and find this the most rewarding part of my job. I also have a degree in psychology and a basic counselling qualification. Oh, and I'm the SENCo in my setting!
The role is based in a primary school and whilst I can refer back to my experience in working with parents of nursery aged children, I'm aware that there will be areas of the job that I am not familiar with.
Just wondering what sort of questions to prepare for!

Hi, did you get any further info on this as I’d love to know the same. Thanks

@newnamenellie how did you get on? This is a job I'm considering... also prior experience in EYFS and almost finished psychology degree!

I am a primary school family support worker. How did the interview go?

It really is the most rewarding job. I love it. It is hard though emotionally and mentally.
