as I'm trying to do my maths. I started my Mat leave on the 1st May last year. When does it officialy end (or what is the start of the week when I'll be due back????)

Depends what you've agreed with your employer, surely?

haha - agreed with my employer?? I'm still waiting on a letter in response to my "official" letter telling them I was pg and when I intended to start my maternity leave.....and I wrote that on the 7th February last year . Also still waiting on a response to my letter of resignation that I hand delivered on the 1st of this month.....

Actually - I mean when the last week of my SMP will be paid - as I can't afford to take additional maternity leave - only the ordinary when I'll still get my money.

think it's 39 weeks paid leave if your baby was born after 1st april, and 26 weeks paid before 1st april. hth!

yes it does thanks - it's 39 weeks - but I can't work out for the life of me when the 39 weeks finishes ....

calculator here suggests 29 Jan
