Help!! I need some interview tips

I have an interview on Thursday- my first in years & years. It's an internal move so I'm not out of work. But because it's been so long since I last applied and interviewed I have not much of a clue.

I am aware of STAR interview model.

Does anyone have any pearls of wisdom ?

Hi op, what sort of role is it without outing and will have a go at help as have just been having interviews myself for the first time in a while.

It's adult social care and health but not a practitioner role.
