I want to ask my clients if there all happy with there house cleans for far but not sure how to send it in a message.
Like does this sound

I have been cleaning for you since xx and I want to make sure I am providing the service you require. I would appreciate any feedback you are happy to provide, I am particularly interested to know if there is anything I don’t currently include in my service that you would like me to include. Similarly are there any areas for improvement or that I do well.

I don’t know how many clients you have but if you can send a personalised email. If it’s to much please use BCC function so you don’t inadvertently share email addresses.
