Ok so I'm in an NHS Band 3 admin role which I enjoy. Came from a Band 4 role (as wanted something closer to home instead of taking 2 trains to work).
It's within the same NHS Trust, and because they know at current job I'm from a Band 4 background they still give me various Band 4 tasks to do (which I don't mind and not complaining about).
Just updating my CV and also preparing to move on internally within the Trust.... How do I make my current Band 3 role sound "meaty" - lol if that makes sense? Don't want to look like I've had 3 previous Band 4 busy and meaty roles, to come down to doing much less.. On paper the reality of a Band 3 role is quite different to what I actually do.
Want to sell myself as I'm keen to get back to a Band 4 role.
