Hi all. Hope somebody somewhere reads this today and knows the answer! I am delighted to be through to the final stage of a civil service recruitment after sift and presentation. I have an interview this week and the lead behaviour, which must be passed, is worth double points than the others. It’s a 40 min interview with five behaviours being assessed. So! Does this mean there are likely to be two questions for this behaviour or just that the answer is more heavily weighted? Trying to learn my examples and the thought of having to find another has me wrecked! Thanks all
