Letters for work

I have to write letters as part of my job following complaints resolutions. Even though I've been doing my job for a while. We have a new management team and their style of letter wiring is different. It is also much better. I'm struggling to write letters in this style. They get checked and come back with a lot of changes. Is there an app I can use to help me with this? I would say my investigation is through but it's getting it all down. This is the only aspect of my job I'm struggling with. I feel like I'm getting very little support with this as everyone is always so busy. Thanks in advance.

Can you use the corrected letters as a kind of start-off template for what to include / omit - you'll have more than one to refer to by the sound of it.

You could then write yourself a pro forma to use each time, so that all your letters are in the accepted style and format.

You could formulate it and send it to the management team for comments so that they are encouraged to have their input and you can show that you are willing to improve in this aspect and proactively learn a different way of doing things.

It would definitely be in their interest as they wouldn't need to spend time having to send you amendments going forward.
