When I started my job 8 months ago, my contract stated I would get 28 days holiday.
The owner has just rewritten everyone's contracts and I am now needed to sign a contract saying I will only get 22 days holiday (to include bank holidays)
So I lose 6 days annual leave.
Technically it is the 22 days I'm entitled to but they offered me the job with 28 days.
Do I have to sign this?
