I’m self employed so work from home - really want to get into a new routine of positive work life balance:
Good Habits:
Task driven outputs using pomodoro so less faffing and more output
Taking regular breaks
Not booking meetings in at the time when the children come home from school
Regular breaks
Healthy lunches
Not so Good Habits:
Being inconsistent with the above
Not doing exercise
