What is average salary in London statistically?

London jobs pay more though cost of living is higher. People always compare to the average UK wage though I would be interested to see what the London average wage is cf to UK average? How much higher is it?

As of 2021ondon average is £53700. The UK average is £31,300

Therefore it is easier to buy a property on average wage in London as the average Lon property price to Lon average wage is lower than rest of the UK?
