I'm wondering if anyone has any knowledge/advice
I was employed in September on a fixed term 12 month contract - with the possibility of it being made permanent. I have just found out I'm pregnant and will be due in January.
I'm wondering what my rights are - could I still be made pernament. My thought process is they won't now I'm pregnant but just looking for some more advice if this will be the case .
I'm not working on a project etc just day to day work so there will still be work there.
My works policy is that if you are employed for a year before you leave for may leave you receive full pay - if I'm not kept on would I only be entitled to SMP or would I get the full pay.
