Hi

Im on probation. I have disclosed disability to employer. My doctor has also written to company as they have not made a referral to occupational health, reasonable adjustments or reasonable adjustment plan.

My manager is ignoring the issue. On Friday he asked why did you not disclose disability during your interview to which I replied I am under no legal obligation and it was disclosed after I accepted the position.

I have neurological disorder - permanent headache as result of meningitis. I have disclosed all the relevant information to them required to make adjustments etc.

Do you think this is a reasonable question or am I being over sensitive?

I’ve been told by more senior boss my job will be confirmed on Friday or they will extend probation for any criteria not quite met.

im concerned my boss is constantly moving the goal post. On Friday he gave me new activities he wants doing knowing review is Friday.

I’ve been working full time hours , overtime and weekends to achieve the never ending list which keeps getting longer. I feel it’s now becoming unreasonable.

my predecessor was signed off for stress. He’s now going to tribunal. There is also ongoing grievance against boss.

im thinking of going back to hr . What do you think?

Are you clear on what it is you want to happen? I am not clear what it is you want from your post, but the important thing is that you are clear.

You title the thread probation, but probation doesn’t really come into this. Probation has no meaning in employment law, it often means there is a shorter contractual notice period though.
