Frustration with online course

I'm doing a really boring online project management course. I was feeling pleased with myself because I'd studied hard and passed the mock exam but then I found the exam rationales didn't even match the questions. When I queried this with the company they said they had hundreds of people doing the course and I was the first to complain and perhaps it was an IT glitch. I have a set amount of time to do the course and I don't feel I can book the real exam until I can review my answers for the mock. I am really losing faith in the company and wondering whether to continue or whether I should refuse to pay for the course as it was bought on the credit card. What would you do?

Appalling customer service... Sorry for asking but have you read the Terms&Conditions? If I were you I would ask for a refund and leave a review. I hope things work out and that you can find another course.

Can you find the question rationale on the examining body’s website?

Are you doing an APM or a Prince 2 course? Check on their website to confirm you are attending an approved training provider and then let them (APM or Prince 2) know about the substandard level of training.
