Hi,
A potential employer wants a work trial as part of their interview process.
Don't believe it is a sit and watch more they will be expected to actively work.
(while my friend was really expecting this to be unpaid trial, the HR department has sent a form for bank details, with not much more info or any clause like if deemed unsuccessful or they turn an offer down etc they wouldn't be entitled to pay)
Our question is does this mean the day's work shall get registered with HMRC? wouldn't it cause problems if the person is already employed?
