I have a huge crush on my boss and I don’t know what to do, I get so flustered trying to think of things to say to her and I am worried it will affect my job. I know my choice is to move on, I was hoping it would have passed by now but it’s been months. Any advice?

I think you have to focus on being as professional as possible, if you don't want it to affect your work. Maybe view it as a sort of enjoyable frisson that livens up the day?
